New GP Joins the Team

We are delighted to announce that Dr James Denholm joined our team at the end of April. Following a short period of induction and orientation Dr Denholm will be responsible for his own list of patients as from 20 May 2019.

A selected number of patients from the 3 current existing teams have been allocated to Dr Denholm’s team (Team 2) to make up his patient list.

We have tried to do this as fairly as possible based on workload, chronic disease, complexity and where possible keeping families together in the same team.

Patients who have been selected for Team 2 will receive a letter by week beginning 20 May 2019 with details of their new team arrangements.
