Have you suffered a bereavement? Do you find that the people around you are not sure what to say? Would you like an opportunity to meet up with others who truly understand, to share a cuppa and perhaps a chat? You are invited to Forfar Grief Cafรฉ's bereavement support evening sessions. These gatherings aren't about offering solutions or counselling circles; they're about sharing a space - a space where you can feel the warmth of a cuppa in your hands, find solace in the presence of those who understand, and talk, if and when you're ready. First cafe of the year is Monday 12th January.
