Online Pain Association Self-Management Course

Posted: 15 September 2020 · Practice news

Living in Angus with persistent pain? Want to do something about it? Try the Pain Association Scotland course.

Due to the Covid pandemic the Pain Association Scotland self-management course, which is open to all adults living with chronic pain, is running online via Zoom instead of face-to-face.

The next course, which is due to start on the 6th October 2020, is ideal for any adult who wants to understand and manage their chronic pain better and who has access to Zoom (which is accessible via a smartphone, desktop computer or tablet).

Pain Association Scotland have been running the intensive programmes and the monthly meetings they hold via Zoom during the pandemic and have been amazed at how well received this mode of delivery has been.

How to book

To book a place on the course, please call the Primary Care Team on 01307 492575 or email tay.achppatientcourses@nhs.scot.
