SilverCloud Online Programmes
1 in 4 of us struggle with mental health challenges, like feeling low or anxious. SilverCloud online programmes give you the tools and skills to feel better and stay better.
SilverCloud online programmes help reduce symptoms of low mood, anxiety and stress. They are based on proven methods like cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology. They are goal-based programmes and offer interactive activities and tools.
You can use it whenever you need it, anytime on any device. The recommended use is 40 minutes a week, over 6-8 weeks. You can also set a regular time to use it, such as 3-4 times a week.
Which programmes are available?
There are several programmes available each specifically tailored to treat a different clinical condition:
- Health Anxiety
- Social Anxiety
- Coronary Heart Disease
- Chronic Pain
- Lung Conditions
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
SilverCloud programmes have demonstrated high improvement rates for stress, anxiety and depression.
If you would like to work through a programme please speak to Ashley McGregor, our Patient Support Advisor, or your GP or nurse can make an initial referral to SilverCloud for you. You will be sent a link to set up an account, which will then allow you to work through the programme at your own pace.
