Log-in Details for Covid Vaccination Status
We are receiving lots of enquiries with regards to log-in details for patients to access their vaccination status certificate online.
Information on how to obtain log-in details is available from NHS Inform at: https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/after-your-vaccine/get-a-record-of-your-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-status
Please do not contact your GP practice about log-in details as staff have no access to this system.
It is also possible to obtain a copy of your certificate by phoning the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565 if you remain unable to log-in.
