An Update on Covid-19 Vaccination
We have nearly completed Covid-19 vaccinations for the over 80 year old age group. The response from this group has been tremendously positive and we would like to thank patients and staff for their support and words of kindness and encouragement in making it such a success.
We are now moving on to the age group for patients aged 75-79, and we will be contacting you soon to book you in for your vaccination.
Supplies and deliveries of the vaccine are still a little intermittent but are improving week by week and, as soon as we accept a delivery of our next instalment of vaccine, appointments will be made available at clinics within the following 2-3 days.
If you are aged over 75 years of age (and only patients aged 75+) and have not received a phone call or email from us, please call the practice to make an appointment for your Covid-19 vaccination. If the clinics are full, our admin staff can discuss whether you would like to be added to a cancellation list, and you may be contacted at short notice to attend for your vaccine if we have any additional doses available.
Do we have up-to-date contact details?
It's important that we have your up-to-date contact details, especially now we are contacting large numbers of patients to invite them for their Covid-19 vaccination.
We are constantly trying to improve the methods by which we contact patients and we are finding that having patients’ email addresses is proving to be a convenient method for both patients and staff, is time-efficient, and an economical way of informing patients of the events occurring in the practice, particularly now during the Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign.
If you would like to update your details or give us your email address, please complete our update to details online form.
