At Academy Medical Centre we believe Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is central to the work we do and how we support our patients and staff.
Our values of being person-centred, showing respect and fairness help us to think about how we apply these rights when we connect with other people through our work.
Our new LGBT+ Health and Well-being section is there to signpost and support. It includes various online resources to provide some signposts. We also have a glossary and further information about our policy.
The practice continues to review our policies, procedures and training opportunities to ensure we provide a helpful, supportive service to all. Suggestions are welcome - please send your feedback to us or contact our Patient Participation Group.
