Questionnaire on Sensory Services in Angus

Angus Health and Social Care Partnership would like your views on Sensory Services in Angus. North East Sensory Service (NESS) are currently contracted to provide services and support to people in Angus who:

  1. Live with hearing loss; and/or
  2. Live with visual loss

If this is you, Angus Health and Social Care Partnership would welcome your views, comments and feedback on the current provision of sensory services and support.

They would also like to hear from people who:

  1. Care for someone that lives with sensory loss, for example a family member.

This will help shape the future of sensory services in Angus. To assist them to gather people’s views, they have prepared two online surveys - one for people living with sensory loss and another for Carers - and ask that you please leave your feedback by clicking the appropriate link below and completing your survey:

The closing date for responses is 31st December 2022. Our social prescribers can assist anyone who needs help in completing a questionnaire.
